Paramount+ has expanded the Yellowstone universe again with Dutton Ranch, a new sequel series that follows Rip and Beth as they build a life on a ranch in Texas. The show is positioned as the most direct continuation of the original series so far, keeping the focus on two of Yellowstone’s most recognizable characters while shifting the setting away from Montana.
According to the report, the series also brings back Finn Little as Carter, helping anchor the story as Rip and Beth adjust to unfamiliar terrain and a very different way of life. That contrast between their mountain background and the flat Texas landscape plays into the show’s tension, especially as Beth quickly finds herself in conflict with a powerful neighboring ranch owner played by Annette Bening. Ed Harris also appears as a next-door neighbor, adding to the show’s rivalry-driven setup.
Unlike several other series in the broader Taylor Sheridan lineup, Dutton Ranch releases new episodes on Fridays rather than Sundays. The first season runs for nine episodes in total, and all of them have already been released on Paramount+. The episode titles listed in the report begin with “The Untold Want” and end with “El Padrino,” with the rollout starting on May 15 and concluding on July 3.
For viewers following the series as a fitness-and-workouts-friendly binge option, the full season is already ready to stream, making it easy to fit the whole Rip-and-Beth story into a weekend watch session or a post-workout cooldown.
