Love Island USA wrapped up its eighth season on Sunday, July 12, and the finale delivered the couple that earned the most support from viewers. According to the report, host Ariana Madix announced that Trinity Tatum and Bryce Alakai Dettloff received the top vote count and were named the season’s winners.
Behind them, Aniya Harvey and Carl Lee Schmidt finished in second place, while Melanie Moreno and Sincere Rhea took third. Kayda Bosse and Zach Georgiou rounded out the finale rankings in fourth.
The Peacock series, which brings a new group of singles into a villa each season, is built around coupling up in order to stay in the competition and remain eligible for the $100,000 prize. Season 8, which began in June 2026, was marked by plenty of drama both inside the Fiji villa and away from the cameras.
Earlier in the season, Vasana Montgomery was removed after resurfaced social media posts showed her using a slur. Casa Amor bombshell Alannah Keyser was also pulled from the show after backlash over a resurfaced video that allegedly captured her using a racial slur.
