Peacock has set a premiere date for the Season 8 reunion of Love Island USA, giving fans a chance to revisit the biggest moments from this summer’s run. The special is scheduled to air on Monday, August 31, shortly after Trinity Tatum and Bryce Alakai Dettloff were named the season’s winners in the finale.
According to the report, the reunion will be hosted by Ariana Madix and Andy Cohen. It will bring together this season’s winners, fan-favorite couples, and the year’s bombshells for a closer look at their time in the villa. The special is expected to revisit the drama that unfolded both in Fiji and after the episodes aired.
Peacock also announced that the spinoff Love Island: Beyond the Villa has been renewed for a third season, with a 2027 premiere planned. The cast for that series will be revealed later this year, after the Islanders leave Fiji and return to the United States. Love Island USA continues to stream on Peacock.
The dating series, which began in the U.K. in 2002 before expanding internationally, follows a new group of singles each season as they couple up in a luxury villa to stay in the game and compete for the $100,000 prize. Season 8 has already seen multiple departures tied to resurfaced social media posts and online backlash, adding to the tension that the reunion is set to address.
